What are some interesting things to know about you, Daniela?

Welcome to my world of beauty and transformation! I’m Daniela, originally from the vibrant San Luis Potosí, Mexico 🇲🇽. I made the exciting move to Dallas in 2015, and I’ve fallen in love with this dynamic city every single day since!

When I’m not crafting gorgeous hair for my clients, you can find me indulging in a thrilling horror movie marathon with my adorable chihuahua, Niki 🐶. I also cherish quality time with my younger brother, who is just 5 years old. He brings such joy to my life—I adore him like my own! 💓

A little fun fact about me: I’m a true Pisces☀️, with a grounded Taurus 🌙 moon and a curious Gemini ascendant. This unique combination inspires my creative approach to hair styling and my connection with clients.

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as your salon home?

I’ve always dreamed of working in a salon that felt unified like family and Bigger Better Hair is the perfect salon home for me.

Here, I found a welcoming atmosphere filled with amazing personalities that foster a sense of community and creativity 💓.

As a bilingual stylist, I have the incredible opportunity to connect with a diverse clientele, making everyone feel comfortable and understood. I believe in continuous growth, so I’m always honing my skills to provide you with the latest trends and techniques 🌼.

What are some of your favorite services to do for clients?

I absolutely adore creating beautiful extensions and lived-in looks that reflect your unique style and personality ✨.

Each client is a canvas, and I’m here to bring your vision to life!

Who are some of your beauty inspirations that you’re inspired by and follow?

I draw inspiration from incredible artists in the industry, such as 🌼 @colorbycarlos and @colour.jade.

Their creativity and passion for hair are a constant source of motivation for me!

What are some of your favorites places in Dallas to go to on your off days?

On my days off, I love to explore the city, and one of my favorite places is @theempanadacookhouse.

The flavors and atmosphere are simply amazing!

What beauty products are your “must haves” if you are stranded on an island?

If I were stranded on a deserted island, my essentials would definitely be Redken’s Deep Clean Dry Shampoo and a mineral-based sunscreen like Sun Bum. These products keep me feeling fresh and protected, no matter where I am!

Ryan Bushman | Dallas Hair Stylist @biggerbetterhair

Ryan Bushman is one of our senior Dallas Hair Stylist at Bigger Better Hair and we are so proud to have him not only in the chair, but as a hair color & hair extensions educator for other salon professionals for our hair extensions brand, Bigger Better Hair Professional .   

Ryan has evolved into one of our Senior Hair Extension & Color Specialists who is continuously growing into one of the best in the industry. During your visits to the salon you will also see him working with our up and coming associate stylists helping them grow and perfect their skills.  

Below, Ryan answers some questions to give you a bit of insight as to who he is as a person, and a hairstylist.

What are some interesting things to know about you, Ryan?

I am originally from a small town on the coast of New Hampshire. I’ve been a stylist since 2012. I’ve also had the opportunity of modeling and being makeup artist since moving to Dallas. I love to make people laugh and feel good, as much as I like to make them look good!

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as your salon home?

Honestly it was the feeling I got when I walked through the front door. Since I was in cosmetology school I’ve always dreamed of working in a busy downtown salon, consistently busy doing beautiful hair.

The fact that the phones are constantly ringing, blow dryers to the left and right, music pumping in the back ground sold me: I am supposed to be here.

Besides that feeling, the fact that everyone at Bigger Better Hair strives for perfection and to be the best in Dallas.

What sets you apart as a Dallas Hair Stylist?

I believe my versatility and passion for hair is unmatched. I commit to always continue my education so I can stay up to date on the latest trends.

I have a passion for growing and will always want to learn and grow so I can be a better hair stylist for my guests.

What are some of your favorite services to do for clients?

Aside from hair extensions transformations, my number one thing about hair that I absolutely love is color! Anything and everything color!

This passion has taken me to further my speciality with L’Oréal professional. I am a certified Color Ambassador for the brand, and soon to be Color Specialist. This is the top certification you can have with L’Oréal Professionals, and only a few stylists nationwide have this qualification.

Who are some of your beauty inspirations that you are inspired by and follow?

Depending on the day, my taste can vary from A to Z! I’m all about healthy hair and enhancing what your natural beauty. Love @ashleenormanhair and @lizhaven and my boys @jacobkhan and @ceaser4styles

What are some of your favorite places to spend off time in Dallas?

First the gym. Its my get away! My time to recharge and get my mindset right before or after work. My husband and I love taking our dogs to Ruff and white rock lake! They’re big and we all need as much outdoor time as we can get! We both also are foodies, so always trying new restaurants, and If you know Dallas there always popping up.

What beauty products are your “must haves” if you are stranded on an island? 

Well your boy is bald. So hair product and tools are out of the question. But I love my skin! So must haves would be Cleanser moisturizer and good SPF!!

Eric Rodriguez | Dallas Hair Stylist @biggerbetterhair

Ric Rodriguez has been with Bigger Better Hair since 2019, and is one of the Senior Stylists we are proud to have as a part of our team.  His passion for people shines through his work, and his dedication to delivering stellar results is noticeable on each and every guest he takes care of behind the chair. 

Ric has years of experience with all that Bigger Better Hair has to offer from our team: Hair Extensions, Hair Replacement, Wigs, Hair Color, and Signature Dallas Blondes.  

Below, Eric answers some questions to give you a bit of insight into who he is as a person and as a hairstylist.

What are some interesting things to know about you, Eric?

I was born and raised here in Dallas; I currently live in Oak Cliff, so I know Dallas very well! I absolutely love being a part of the beauty business, and I am also a member of the Young Advocates for Sexual Health group.

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as your salon home?

I started at Bigger Better Hair as an apprentice, and I have been lucky enough to build my clientele and evolve into the stylist I am today.  I love the variety of services we offer, and the ways we can help guests achieve the hair they always wanted.  

What sets you apart as a Dallas Hair Stylist?

I have a strong background in customer service, so I will always commit to listen to clients and do my best to deliver results that are well beyond their expectations.

I also value the relationship aspect of this profession, and I commit to being trustworthy and respectful to every guest. 

As I have grown in this industry, my passion for hair replacement has come through on the guests I am lucky enough to get to work with on a daily basis. 

You can always expect in depth consultations, my commitment to stellar results every single visit, and a good laugh while you sit in my chair.  

What are some of your favorite services to do for clients?

Honestly, what I love the most about this industry is the variety that every day brings.

From maintaining color to making major color changes, to giving clients the haircut that suits their face shape, to providing treatments or extensions that can give a customer the head of hair she always wanted, to men’s hair systems that completely change their confidence in a salon visit. 

The creative possibilities are endless!

Who are some of your beauty inspirations that you are inspired by and follow?

I am around amazing stylists every day here at Bigger Better Hair and they give me so much inspiration. I fall under a spell when I watch them work their magic.

A couple of my newest obsessions are stylists Alfredo Lewis and Philip Wolf. That duo is amazing and work so well with each other.

What are some of your favorite places to spend off time in Dallas?

When I am not working, I love to spend my time hanging out with my family and friends, going out to eat, having drinks or just relaxing at home.

Thrift stores are another place I love to explore. My sister and I go nuts for them!! I love breakfast, so whenever I get the chance, my mom and I love to eat at Carmen’s Mexican Café in West Dallas or Norma’s in Oak Cliff.

I am a crazy movie fanatic. My husband and I love to catch them at our new favorite spot, Alamo Draft House.

What beauty products are your “must haves” if you are stranded on an island? 

I love my hair to look big and bold, so I would for sure need some thickening/volumizing products!! Stuck on an island I would also need sunblock to protect my skin!!!

Ana Gutierrez | Dallas Hair Stylist @Biggerbetterhair

Ana Gutierrez is a Dallas Hair Stylist who has been with Bigger Better Hair since 2022.  She is an incredibly passionate hair stylist who is very detail oriented and is dedicated to deliver better than expected results for every guest she has the opportunity to work with.

You can expect her to thoroughly consult with you prior to every appointment because she is passionate about hearing your hair goals so she can approach each visit with a fresh approach.  Whether you are looking for hair replacement, hair extensions, hair color services, or a customized blonde, she has a very strong skillset we are proud to have on our team.

What are some interesting things to know about you, Ana?

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas so this city is truly my home. Growing up here has shaped who I am, and I love everything from the vibrant culture to the beautiful parks and museums.

One of my biggest passions is dance. Whether it’s just moving to the rhythm of music or watching professional performances, dance has always been a way for me to express myself.

I am the oldest of three siblings, which has made me naturally responsible and caring. I’ve always been the one to look out for my younger siblings.

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as your salon home?

I chose Bigger Better Hair as my salon home because of the incredible atmosphere and the people who work here.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and talented stylists. There’s a strong sense of teamwork and support, which makes it such a positive and inspiring place to be.

I knew right away that this was the kind of environment I wanted to be a part of, a place where I can thrive, learn, and contribute while making clients feel their absolute best!

What sets you apart as a Dallas hair stylist?

What sets me apart as a Dallas hairstylist is my dedication to truly listening to each guest’s goals and needs.

I believe that great hair starts with understanding what my clients want while also providing expert guidance on what will work best for their hair type, lifestyle, and overall look. I take the time to educate my clients on the process, maintenance, and styling tips to keep their hair looking its best.

Every time you sit in my chair, you can trust that I’ll put my heart into making sure you leave feeling confident beautiful, and excited about your hair.

What are some of your favorite services to do for clients?

Some of my favorite services to do include haircuts, blonding, and hair extensions.

Whether it’s a fresh cut to bring new life to someone’s look or creating the perfect blonde shade, I enjoy every step of the process. I’m also passionate about both men’s and women’s hair replacement. It’s incredibly rewarding to help clients regain their confidence with solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Seeing a client’s joy when they see their new look is truly the best part of my job.

What are some of your favorites places in Dallas to go to on your off days?

On my days off, I love exploring new food spots around Dallas, trying different cuisines and discovering hidden gems is one of my favorite things to do.

I LOVE FOOD, and Dallas has so many amazing restaurants to choose from. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, especially on a beautiful day.

Whether it’s relaxing at a park, going for a walk, or just soaking in the fresh air, being outside helps me recharge, clear my mind, and enjoy the moment.

What beauty products are your “must haves” if you are stranded on an island?

If I were stranded on an island, there are a few beauty products I absolutely couldn’t live without!

First, Sun Bum SPF 30, because I burn easily, sun protection is a must.

Second, I’d bring L’Oreal Professional Vitamino Color 10-in-1 Leave-In. It’s a lifesaver for keeping my hair healthy, hydrated, and protected, especially in humid or salty air. Lastly, I would need my CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser. Skincare is just as important as haircare, and this cleanser is perfect for keeping my skin feeling fresh and clean.

What are some interesting things to know about you, Bella?

I am originally from Louisiana and moved to Dallas for better opportunities for my future! I have a French Bulldog named, Bijoux, and love spending quality time with my family and friends.

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as your salon home?

Bigger Better Hair felt right for me the moment I first walked in. Not only does it feel welcoming, but it also provides me more opportunities for growth and learning than I could have ever imagined!

What sets you apart as a Dallas hair stylist?

I would definitely have to say my determination for success. You want something I’ve never done before? Give me a few days to learn and I got you! I will always want what my clients want. My favorite part about this industry is getting to make people happy in their own skin, so whatever that looks like for you, let me help!

What are some of your favorite services to do for clients?

I love all things hair, but if I had three favorite services they would definitely have to be hair extension installations, Bouncy Blowouts, and Lightening services!  I love the diversity that every client brings and how I can work my magic to make their hair goals a reality.

What beauty products are your “must haves” if you were stranded on a desert island?

Most definitely Pureology’s Color Fanatic leave-in spray and Moroccan Oil Perfect Defense Heat Protectant!

What are some of your favorites places in Dallas to go to on your off days?

Leela’s Wine Bar in Lower Greenville and Paradiso in Bishop Arts!! But honestly any place with good vibes! Dallas has so much to do and I cannot wait to explore more of this wonderful city.
