We completely understand that schedules often fluctuate, and sometimes unexpected circumstances happen. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to change it or cancel – but sooner notice is always welcome. In some instances, we will forgive the cancellation policy for extraordinary circumstances. Cancellation fees are not something we enjoy enforcing, but schedule changes on such short notice make it impossible to recoup lost revenue.
In general, the fee for an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice is $50, which includes free Consultation appointments. The fee for a “No Show” is also usually $50.
The following circumstances will result in higher cancellation fees if you do not notify the salon at least 24 hours in advance:
– Any Appointment Booked on a Saturday: A charge of 50% of services booked will be assessed
– Any Appointment that takes 2+ hours: A charge of 50% of services booked will be assessed.
– All appointments in the months of November and December will incur a fee of 75% of the services booked if 24-hour notice is not given.
Our number one goal is for you to always love your hair when you leave the salon. If that isn’t the case, and you are not completely in-love with your hair, we will gladly have you in to correct anything you are less than in love with. The sooner you express your feelings to our support staff the sooner we can correct any issues. Within two weeks from an appointment, we will gladly arrange a complimentary re-do with your original stylist. Should you feel you need another stylist to perform your service, management can coordinate this in certain situations. Hair Extension Quick Fixes
This is a complementary service where you quickly pop into the salon to get your extensions fixed or adjusted, preferably done by your regular stylist. A ‘Quick Fix’ appointment is only eligible for guests who get their extensions installed at Bigger Better Hair.
Hair Extensions Guarantee
Once hair is ordered in your length, and quantity, there are no refunds on hair extensions. While this is extremely rare, the man made nature of hair extensions can result in quality variances. Should the quality of your hair extensions be in question, we will offer a complimentary shampoo & blowout with a stylist to troubleshoot and game plan on a solution. Should the stylist, and management deem the quality of hair less than our high standards, we will gladly replace the hair at no cost to you. Simply put: we stand behind our product.
If there is a product that you purchased in salon or via our online shop and you are not quite a fan after one or two uses, we are more than willing to exchange the product(s) for another product of equal value.
We love when you love your hair so much that you refer us to someone else! We will gladly offer you $25 off your next service if someone mentions that you referred them.
We offer many different types of discounts all for different reasons. When you book with one of our Tier I stylists, you are eligible for 30% off our full price services. When you book with any Tier II stylists, you are eligible for 10% off your services. (This does not including ‘Add-On’ services)
Right to Refuse Service
It will always be our goal to deliver better than expected results every time we have the opportunity to do so. With that being said, we strive to deliver a high standard of satisfaction and professionalism throughout every aspect of our business.
If a stylist feels what is being asked of them will sacrifice either their ability to deliver satisfactory results, or the professionalism we strive to maintain, we stand behind their right to refuse service.
