Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that unexpected circumstances happen, however we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellation fees are not something we enjoy enforcing, but schedule changes on extremely short notice make it impossible for stylists to recoup lost revenue for the time you reserved.
If you miss an appointment, or fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel and/or reschedule, you will incur a fee totaling 50% of the cost of services scheduled. Any complimentary service will incur a $50 fee for not adhering to our policy of needing aforementioned 24+ hours notice.
In the months of November and December, the fee for missed appointments, or cancellations without 24+ hour notice increases to 75% of the cost of services scheduled, or $75 for complimentary services.
Late Fees
Our services are based on the time needed to perform them effectively, and if your tardiness prevents the stylist from completing the service within the times you reserved, we may have to enforce a fee or one of the following options:
- $50 late fee in addition to your scheduled services seeing as they will have to re-schedule any/all appointments after yours, or
- Cancel your appointment and reschedule to another day and time. If your tardiness does not give them enough time to perform the service(s) you reserved, or their other appointments can not accommodate same day time changes, you would effectively be considered a last minute cancellation and will incur the fees listed in accordance with our cancellation policy above.
- In a best case scenario, all is well and we can accommodate you without disrupting the rest of the stylist’s appointments that day. This is always what we strive for.
Same Day Service Changes
Our service pricing is based on the time needed to perform each individual service, and failing to inform our support team of any changes to the services you have reserved prior to your scheduled appointment will be considered a same day cancellation.
Much like confirming or cancelling an appointment, we require 24+ hours notice of any service changes so we can avail the time on your stylist’s calendar for other guests seeking appointments at that time. We do our best to communicate with you prior to your appointment with accurate service descriptions and times listed in an e-mail sent to you the day it is scheduled, and another e-mail 96 hours prior to your appointment reservation.
If you arrive to your appointment and inform your stylist that you will only be receiving part of, or far different services than you scheduled and/or confirmed, we may unfortunately need to enforce a last minute cancellation fee for the time you held and we were unable to reserve for other guests.
Reservations
In order for us to reserve time for any service, we will require a credit card on file to confirm the reservation. You can either input this information yourself when booking an appointment online, or our support staff will manually enter the information over the phone.
We will never request any personal information such as credit card information via text message, nor will we ever write this information down. Credit card numbers are only accepted over the phone, or if you schedule yourself online you can input this directly to your profile. Our booking system complies with all rules of privacy and commerce security which offers end to end encryption and we are never able to see the full card number once stored to your profile.
Last, when adding a credit card to your profile there is no charge that is held at the time of entry. The purpose of having a card on file are as follows:
- We require credit cards on file to secure a reservation with a stylist.
- You can use this card on file for contactless payment if you prefer when checking out. Just let our support team know when checking out that you would like to use the card on file for any services you have at the salon. We will only use this as a method of payment for services you received upon your request. If you prefer to use any other form of payment when checking out for services, that is completely your choice.
- Should there be an instance where we need to enforce our cancellation policy, clearly outlined above, we will use the card on file to collect any fees associated with the terms outlined in our cancellation policy.
Satisfaction Guarantees
Our number one goal is for you to always love your hair when you leave the salon. If that isn’t the case, and you are not completely in-love with your hair, we will gladly have you in to correct anything you are less than in love with. The sooner you express your feelings to our support staff the sooner we can correct any issues.
Within two weeks from an appointment, we will gladly arrange a complimentary re-do with your original stylist. Should you feel you need another stylist to perform your service, we will offer a 50% discount on any services needed to achieve your goal look.

Hair Extension Quick Fixes
This is a complementary service where you quickly pop into the salon to get your extensions fixed or adjusted, preferably done by your regular Stylist, or one of our Associate Stylists. A ‘Quick Fix’ appointment is only eligible for guests who get their extensions installed at Bigger Better Hair.
Hair Extensions Guarantee
When you purchase any of the brands we offer @biggerbetterhair:
Once hair is paid for and ordered, there are no refunds on hair extensions. While this is extremely rare, the man made nature of hair extensions can result in quality variances. Should the quality of your hair extensions be in question, we will offer a complimentary shampoo & blowout with a stylist to troubleshoot and game plan on a solution. Should the stylist, and management deem the quality of hair less than our high standards, we will gladly replace the hair at no cost to you. Simply put: we stand behind our products.
If you bring in your own hair:
In most instances, we will not work with hair that is purchased outside of our salon, and/or brought in by a guest. In the event that your stylist agrees to install hair that you bring in to our salon, or have maintenance services on hair extensions originally installed elsewhere, we will require you to sign a warranty waiver acknowledging that we will not guarantee the quality, workmanship, color match, or any aspect of your service.
Hair Products
If there is a product that you purchased in salon or via our online shop and you are not quite a fan after one or two uses, we are more than willing to exchange the product(s) for another product of equal value.
Referral Program
We love when you love your hair so much that you refer us to someone else! We will gladly offer you $25 off your next service if someone mentions that you referred them.
Current Specials
We offer many different types of discounts all for different reasons that can not be combined or used in conjunction with any other special. Any special or discount is only eligible on full priced services unless specifically mentioned otherwise. In reference to our menu, “Add-on services” are already discounted, which means they are not eligible for any additional discounts or specials.
