Katie Rittgers is a Dallas Hair Stylist who has been with Bigger Better Hair since 2021.  She is a passionate hair stylist who is eager to try new things and make your hair goals a reality!

From hair extensions, hair replacement, wig services, curly cuts, or vibe changes, she always does her best to deliver stellar results every time she has the opportunity.

What are some interesting things to know about you, Katie?

 

I speak fluent sarcasm. I am a straight forward, go getter. I like to think I’m a good story teller, but that might be my ADHD talking.  On another note, I can hyper focus on your needs and always do my best to deliver better-than-expected results behind the chair.

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as your salon home?

I started at BBH in 2021, two months after I started cosmetology school! I barely knew how to hold a brush and a blow dryer at the same time. I’ve learned from the best and have made BBH my home  I love being surrounded by the most talented hair stylists in Dallas!

What sets you apart as a Dallas hair stylist?

I love doing fun and different things. Bombshell brunettes and Icey blondes are great but if every client in my chair wanted rainbow hair I’d be the happiest stylist ever.

What are some of your favorite services to do for clients?

Honestly, I love the variety that every client brings to my day!

• I am also super passionate about helping people with curly hair with my curly cut service.  I have been trained by nationally recognized curly specialists, and love to help define a client’s natural hair texture with the perfect combination of cutting and product education so you can duplicate it at home.  Book my curly cut service if this sounds like you!
• Hair replacement and wigs are also a huge passion of mine.  Helping a guest get the look they want is something I thorougly love helping them with.  I offer hair replacement services for men and women.
• Need a wig specialist? I’ve got you covered! Whether you are looking for your next best wig, refreshing an existing one’s color, or simply cutting and styling… I would love to show you what I can do for you.
• Hair Extensions are our signature service @biggerbetterhair and I am properly trained in all hair extensions methods available today: Tape, Weft, Fusion/K Tips, Microbead, Clip-In, or Halo options.  It all starts with a conversation in a consultation so I can meet you and discuss the options that would work best for your hair and your hair goals.

I am more of a home body. I’d much rather be curled up, on the couch with my dog “Cleo”, watching the Latest True crime documentary.
