Katie Prickett is a Dallas Hair Stylist who has been with Bigger Better Hair since 2021 working with our senior stylists to fine tune her skills.

She is a passionate hair stylist who is eager to try new things and make your hair goals a reality!  From fashion colors, to haircuts, blondes, and customized treatments, she always does her best to deliver stellar results every time she has the opportunity.

You can always expect her fun personality to come through, and we think you will enjoy time in her chair just as much as you will love your hair after a visit with her.

Below, Katie answers some questions to give you a bit of insight into who she is as a person and as a hairstylist.

What are some interesting things to know about you, Katie?

I speak fluent sarcasm. I am a straight forward, go getter. I like to think I’m a good story teller , but that might be my ADHD talking.

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as your salon home?

I started at BBH two months after I started cosmetology school. I barely knew how to hold a brush and a blow dryer at the same time. I’ve learned from the best and have made BBH my home!

What sets you apart as a Dallas hair stylist?

I love doing fun and different things. Bombshell brunettes and Icey blondes are great but if every client in my chair wanted rainbow hair I’d be the happiest stylist ever. 

What are some of your favorite services to do for clients?

I love doing vivid and fun color placement. The funkier the better!

What are some of your favorites places in Dallas to go to on your off days?

I am more of a home body. I’d much rather be curled up, on the couch with my dog “Cleo”, watching the Latest True crime documentary.

Redken Dry Texture Spray , Pixi Brow Tamer , and Benefit cosmetics “My Brow” specifically.
