What are some interesting things to know about you, Brandon?

I was born, and was raised in the DFW Metroplex, and I love everything about Dallas!  I grew up very athletic and was probably the least most likely person to end up in the beauty industry.  As time passed and I searched for my way, I couldn’t have landed in an industry that I connect more with than I do @biggerbetterhair.

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as the name of your business?

In my travels I have noticed one thing: Dallas has a reputation for its hair and beauty that is known across the world.  I wanted to have a brand name that personified our city, and touched on our focus: hair extensions.

What sets you apart as a Dallas Hair Salon?

One of the things I have learned is the importance of listening to a client’s needs, taking a step back and looking at their face shape and skin tone, suggesting change when the time comes, and helping educate them on their hair as it evolves.

Providing a comprehensive approach to bettering each and every one of our clients’ hair is our number one goal.  Whether it be a cut, color, blonde, extensions, or wig, helping offer solutions is just the first part of what we do best.  We commit to always offering fresh styling techniques, and hair care regimens so your hair is the least of your life’s worries.

With our ever growing brand, we commit to staying ahead of innovation when it comes to hair extensions.  Offering every method of hair extensions available, we give a comprehensive approach to hair additions so you can have the hair you want even if you can’t grow it yourself.

We understand the power that hair can either give, or take away from a person’s self confidence.  We don’t take lightly the opportunity we have to completely transform your look and confidence on a daily basis.  With that, we do our best visit after visit, to continuously make your hair better.

What are some of your favorite services to do for clients?

As a passionate hair stylist, I absolutely love every aspect of this business and the variation each day can bring from service to service.  I love cuts, colors, blondes, styles, and education.

As a business owner, however, I have to target the time I spend to give the most impact to a broader reach of guests. With that, I only offer certain services myself, as I focus on building a team who can provide the level of products and services that Bigger Better Hair is known for.

Who are some of your beauty inspirations that you are inspired by and follow?

As an educator who has had the luck of meeting passionate stylists around the globe, this is impossible to answer without an endless list.  Truth be told, most of the stylists I am most inspired by don’t have the biggest follower counts on instagram, or social media…. they are hard working, passionate hair stylists who focus their time and energy on their clients more than they do their social followers.  They pour their heart into the end results that they can proudly see day in and day out on their clients beautiful hair, not their alter ego’s via social media.

To name a few, but by zero means is this an exclusive list:

Hair by Brent & Carlyn of Sagebrush Beauty Studios in Palm Desert, CA.

I love their creativity, their focus on hair care, their style approach, and their passion for continuous learning.

Peyton Bryan Hair Artist is one of the most talented hair colorists I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with.  She is as beautiful as she is sweet, and the hair that leaves her chair is absolutely stunning.

Rita Perna Allor is one of the most passionate, talented, educators I have been lucky enough to work with.

What are some of your favorite places to spend off time in Dallas?

I love biking the city, even though I don’t get to do it near as much as I’d like.  I love exploring each and every neighborhood as things come and go!

What beauty products are your “must haves” if you are stranded on an island?

Hmmm…. stranded on an island…. at that point, I’m foregoing vanity and I’m thinking comfort!

Coconut Oil for my skin so I don’t look like a dried out Birkin bag if/when I’m rescued.

Water Purifier I mean, it’s the #1 ingredient in all beauty products, so I’d need easy access to fresh water!
