He comes to our team with a world of experience in the beauty industry that spans from hair to makeup.  You can always expect an attention to detail, and a passion for perfection when you sit in his chair.

Below we asked Micheal a few questions for you to get a glimpse into who he is and what he offers.  

What are some interesting things to know about you, Micheal?

I am a native Texan and when I was younger I moved to Palm Springs California where I was immersed in culture, art and the west coast style.

I apprenticed for two years under the Toni and Guy umbrella and attribute any technical skills to that training. I have worked editorial shoots, fashion shows, and many weddings for hair and makeup. 

 

Why did you choose Bigger Better Hair as your salon home?

I choose Bigger Better Hair because of the salon culture, everyone in the salon wants to see you succeed and its a close knit family environment.

What sets you apart as a Dallas hair stylist?

I would say my dedication to my craft, I have and continue to train and educate myself religiously.  I also have a huge admiration and bond with the craft of hairdressing.

What sets you apart as a Dallas Makeup Artist?

My style and background sets me apart. I have worked with Mac Cosmetics, Estee Lauder, and Givenchy Beauty before perusing hairdressing. My style of makeup is soft, elevated and applying techniques that fit each client. 

What beauty products are your “must haves” if you were stranded on a desert island?

If I was stranded in a deserted island I couldn’t live without something smoothing and hydrating so probable the Kerastase Frizz Glaze Cream. And also the Kerastase Glaze drops not only are the nourishing for your hair but you could use it as a body hydrator.

What are some of your favorites places in Dallas to go to on your off days?

Probably Barry’s Bootcamp, I love having a physical practice. I do enjoy the restaurant scene, my favorite places are il Bracco and Parigi, just to name a few. I do enjoy being home and spending time with myself and my husband.
